Foshan Zeren Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, with a precision casting plant and a mechanical processing plant. The company is located in Zhaoda Xinzhao Industrial Park, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It uses investment lost wax precision casting process to produce precision castings such as stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. It can carry out subsequent mechanical processing of castings and pass and implement the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
As a member of China Foundry Association, the company's precision casting factory implements the dimensional tolerances and material standards of European and American countries. The products conform to ROHS standards. The surface roughness of castings is Ra2.0-3.2, the weight range is 1g -30kg, and the size range can reach 560mm in one direction and less than 400mm in the other two directions. The company has a full set of precision casting and testing equipment. (Including wax pressing machine, shell making equipment, dewaxing axe, intermediate frequency furnace, shot blasting machine, cutting machine, grinding machine, oil press, 3D printer, direct reading spectrometer, hardness machine, etc.)
The company's mechanical processing plants have complete sets of processing equipment such as machining centers, CNC lathes, EDM, wire cutting, general milling, general turning, and 3D copying machines. There are more than 20 years of casting and machining on-site work experience and product development experience of senior engineers, mechanical engineers, with a highly skilled, high-quality professional technician team.
The castings and machined parts produced by the company are widely used. The main products are: machine parts, construction machinery, kitchenware and stainless steel faucets, automobile and motorcycle parts, heat-resistant steel parts, hardware tools, lighting accessories, watch cases and handicrafts, medical equipment, locks, pumps and valves, electrical appliances, etc. The company's products can cover almost the entire machine manufacturing industry and can provide customers with: electrolytic polishing, electroplating, electrophoresis, mechanical polishing, etc. We use the seamless combination of 3D printing and precision casting to produce castings with less output, complexity or R & D trial production, without opening the mold, saving time.
