In 2016, our company will produce air-dispersing impellers (impeller fittings) according to the drawings provided by customers. As shown in the figure, the material is 304 stainless steel. This product contains five curved air-dispersing holes. It is very difficult to open the mold, make the back-family shell and clean sand, resulting in a high rejection rate. After research and discussion, our engineers decided to adopt a sand core material that has both high temperature strength and easy sand cleaning after high temperature, finally, the problem of bent hole casting was solved perfectly. In addition, there is a steam valve as shown in the figure. The material is 316 stainless steel. Due to the small opening and complex inner cavity, the problem was successfully solved for the customer by using this sand core material, the product was produced, and a long-term good cooperative relationship was established with the customer.
