In 2018, our company produced pressure ventilation valve bodies (valve accessories) for customers.
In 2018, our company produced pressure vent valve bodies (valve fittings) for customers. As shown in the figure, the material is 316 stainless steel. As the opening is too small, the inner cavity is small and complicated, and it is almost impossible to clean the internal sand core. Therefore, we have opened a square hole in the back of the product, welded it with stainless steel square plates, and dovetail grooves are opened at the weld seams, which is conducive to strong weld seams, we have also adopted a kind of high temperature strength and easy sand removal after high temperature action to make this product. After the casting is processed, the air tightness test is carried out and the qualified standard is reached. Therefore, the product has been mass produced, and finally the customer's requirements have been met and the customer's trust has been won.
