In 2020, our company produced coffee pot body castings (kitchen and bathroom hardware) for Italian customers.
In 2020, our company produced coffee pot main body castings (kitchenware and bathroom hardware) for Italian customers. As shown in the figure, the material is 316 stainless steel. Through communication with customers, we know that customers have verticality requirements for the center of the upper and lower parts of the castings. However, due to the complex inner cavity of the product, the mold cannot be made as a whole. Therefore, we divide the wax molds of the parts into upper and lower parts and lower parts and lower parts to make separately, and then assemble into whole, the combined wax model successfully passed the verticality tooling inspection procedure, and finally all aspects of performance met the customer's requirements, so the customer was very satisfied with our professional technical level and perfect product quality.
